Regardless of the option best suited for your recruitment needs, a dedicated Project Manager or Project team (depending on search requirements) is assigned to your company's recruitment project.
The project staff becomes fully involved in all phases of your staffing needs, including understanding your company's market, products, culture and specialized recruitment's needs.
OUR SERVICE OPTIONS INCLUDE:
Retainer/Executive Search: This option is primarily used where there is a critical need which must be filled within a specific period of time. An extended guarantee is provided and candidates are exclusively presented to the client. We guarantee an agreed number of in-person interviews.
The terms are:
- 1/3 due upon signing of the contract
- 1/3 due after third candidate interview
- 1/3 due upon candidate start date
Engagement Fee:
This method is for high priority urgent needs and is typically selected for sales, marketing and middle management staffing needs. This option establishes a reduced service fee over contingency service. The agreed upon engagement fee is due prior to commencement of search. Final payments are due upon candidate start date. We guarantee an agreed number of in-person interviews. An extended guarantee is provided.
Contingency:
Contingency search may be used for ongoing openings, typically for sales staffing. Payment is due upon candidate start date. A 30 day guarantee is given.
Fee:
Fees are based on the level of search. Our fees are highly competitive and are determined on an individual basis.
